Ore Ofe Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Applicability of Policy: By making a purchase on www.ore-ofe.com, you agree to be bound by these terms without modification. Please review this policy frequently, as it is subject to changes without notice.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Return Window: Returns or refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If products are returned worn or in poor condition, the return query will not be processed.
  • Stock Availability: If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product or issue a store credit usable at our stores or for your next online purchase.
  • Credit Note: For all returned orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note (Valid for 6 months from the date of issue) once the product passes quality control. This will be sent to your registered email address.

Specific Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: You may request an exchange or return if:
    • The product does not fit.
    • Both the product and shipping package are damaged.
    • The product is defective.
    • Parts of the product or accessory are missing.

Conditions for Acceptance:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
  • All brand tags, original packaging materials, and accompanying accessories must be intact and not altered or damaged.
  • The product must be unaltered, unless it is a proven vendor defect.
  • The return must be initiated against the order under which it was purchased, and the product must match our records.
  • There must be no foul odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
  • Products bought as a set must be returned as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.

Logistics for Return:

  • Returns are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receipt of your return request, our logistics partners may contact you to collect the products.
  • We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request if the product does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for these orders. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within three months. Store credits are non-refundable and only redeemable at our offline and online stores. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • COD Orders: Cancellations are permitted only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
